Call (630) 827-8732. Our office records your name, address, install date, service type, issue, photos, and availability. We tag it as Warranty and schedule an inspection.
How fast do you respond?
Same day when possible. Inspections are typically 1 to 3 business days in season, and 1 to 2 days in off season. Emergency issues are answered immediately with an inspection within 24 hours.
Are repairs covered?
Yes. Our Repair Work Assurance covers workmanship in the repair area. Storm damage, unrelated leaks, structural issues, or third-party alterations are not covered.
Is the warranty transferable?
Yes. Our 10-year workmanship warranty is transferable one time to the next homeowner. The transfer must be requested in writing within 60 days of the home sale. This helps protect your investment and gives peace of mind to buyers.
