Our Service Areas in DuPage and Cook County
HomeHero Roofing serves Chicago’s western suburbs from two local offices. The Downers Grove headquarters covers the DuPage side, and our downtown La Grange office, opened in 2026, covers west Cook and the near west suburbs. Every roof we work on is a short drive from one of them.

Two Offices, One Standard
HomeHero Roofing opened its second office in downtown La Grange in 2026, alongside our Downers Grove headquarters. Each office runs with its own local team, its own phone line, its own hours, and its own side of the western suburbs. What is identical from both is the system behind every job: the Honest Roof Method, photo documentation of every stage, the Honest Roof Guarantee, and the 10-year transferable workmanship warranty. Find your town below, then call the office that serves it.

Territory lines are approximate. If your town sits near the county line, call the office closer to you.
Not on the list? If your home is within a short drive of either office, call the one closer to you. We probably cover your town, and if we do not, we will share honest recommendations for your roof at no charge.
The Same System From Both Offices
No matter which office your town calls, every project starts with the first three steps of the Honest Roof Method:
Book a free inspection
Same day or next day for most of the western suburbs. No obligation, and yes, we check the attic.
See everything we see
Photo documentation of your full roof system before you decide anything, including the parts you cannot see from the ground.
Get an honest answer
Repair or replace, in writing. If a repair will do the job, that is what we will tell you.
From there, the Honest Roof Guarantee covers every job in every town: no deposit, an itemized estimate showing every line item, payment only when the work is done, and a 10-year transferable workmanship warranty. Many replacements finish in one day, and larger roofs get an honest timeline up front. Every HomeHero Roof System is installed to manufacturer specifications, deck to ridge, and we are an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor. In fact, a portion of every completed roof supports local veterans organizations, wherever the roof happens to be.
The results are checkable: 390+ projects completed, 5.0 stars from 380+ reviews across 8 platforms, and an A+ BBB rating with the 2025 Complaint Free Award. Popular services in every town we cover: roof replacement, roof repair, free roof inspections, storm damage repair, and gutter services.
Storm Coverage Across Both Counties
Researchers at Northern Illinois University have tracked severe-storm activity shifting east into the Midwest, and the western suburbs have seen two tornado-warned events over one recent summer. That is a big part of why we grew from one office to two: founded in 2023, both owners local, and the La Grange lease signed weeks before the July 2026 hail storm hit. When weather turns, emergency leak response and tarping crews cover the whole service area, and calls are answered around the clock.
The DuPage Side, Served From Downers Grove
Downers Grove is where HomeHero started, and the headquarters crew handles the DuPage communities it knows street by street. Here is a closer look at the towns we work in most.
Downers Grove Roofing Services
HomeHero Roofing was founded in Downers Grove in 2023 by Matt Balducci and Andre Kazimierski, and much of the crew still lives nearby. Downers Grove homeowners have left 110 five-star Google reviews, more than any other town we serve. Because the office sits right here on Wisconsin Ave, emergency leaks near Downers Grove get answered around the clock.

Most homes here are straightforward roofing jobs, so many replacements finish in one day. When summer hail rolls through DuPage County, Woodridge often takes a hit, and Woodridge homeowners have left 27 five-star reviews after storm and replacement work.

Naperville homeowners have left 26 five-star reviews, and nearby Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Lombard, and Warrenville are covered by the same crews.

West Cook and the Near West Suburbs, Served From La Grange
Our La Grange office at 14 W Burlington Ave sits in the heart of downtown La Grange, near the La Grange Road Metra stop. Co-founder Andre Kazimierski grew up in the La Grange area, attended Riverside Brookfield High School, and lives in La Grange Highlands today, so this side of the map is personal. The office is staffed by its own local team and answers its line 24 hours a day.
La Grange and La Grange Park Roofing Services
La Grange has character. A historic downtown, tight blocks, and homeowners who care about curb appeal. Homes on streets like Stone Avenue and Cossitt Avenue were built between 1890 and 1920, and they need matching shingle profiles and careful trim work, not a one-size tear-off. La Grange area homeowners have left 41 reviews and counting, and now the crews serving them are based one block off La Grange Road.
La Grange Park sits about one mile from the office, so most homeowners there get a same-day or next-day free inspection. We pull permits through the Village of La Grange Park, and La Grange Highlands and Countryside are covered by the same crews.
Roofing services
- Roof restoration and inspection
- Roofing systems for older homes
- Synthetic shingles and cedar shake
- Slate shingle replacement
- Flat roofing sections and membrane
- Water sealing roofs
- Full cleanup on every job
Gutter services
- Gutter and downspout installation
- Leaky gutters fixed
- Drainage issues resolved

Western Springs Roofing Services
Western Springs still has that small-town feel. People wave at each other, and homeowners actually maintain their properties. The housing stock runs to Victorians with steep gables, gambrel roofs, and old dormers, and the dense tree cover creates debris, moss, and gutter problems most towns never deal with. The La Grange office is minutes away.
Roofing services
- Residential roof replacement
- Roof damage repair
- Designer and premium shingles
- Flashing and step flashing
- Soffit vents and dormers
- Written quotes
Gutter services
- Gutters and downspouts
- Leaky gutter repair
- Gutter aprons and drip edge flashing
- Free inspections
Hinsdale Roofing Services
Just because Hinsdale ranks among the most expensive towns in Illinois does not mean your Hinsdale roof replacement has to be expensive. Plenty of contractors quote a premium the moment they see a 60521 zip code. You get the same price we would charge in Westmont, Darien, or Willowbrook. Our La Grange office sits about 2.5 miles from downtown Hinsdale, closer than most competitors can claim, and the crews are used to complex jobs: multi-layer tear-offs, dormers, valleys, skylights, and the mature trees and landscaping that need real protection during a tear-off.
Roofing services
- Luxury asphalt roofs
- Slate and synthetic slate shingles
- Cedar shake
- Skylight repair
- Hip, gable, and mansard roofs
- Roof restoration
Gutter services
- Custom seamless gutter installation
- 5 inch gutters
- Water drainage issues
- Soffit replacement
Countryside and Indian Head Park Roofing Services
Countryside and Indian Head Park are smaller communities tucked between La Grange and the larger suburbs. Quieter, less traffic, and strict rules about property maintenance. We have pulled over 30 roofing permits in the area without a problem. The housing stock skews older, with flat sections over additions and garages, plus newer builds mixed in. These towns are also some of the closest to the La Grange office, along with Hodgkins, Willow Springs, Lyons, McCook, and Summit.
Roofing services
- Roof inspection
- Flat roofing and membrane sections
- Synthetic shingles
- Water damage repair
- Ridge vent installation
- Full cleanup included
Gutter services

- Leaky gutters repaired

Oak Park, River Forest, Forest Park, and Berwyn Roofing Services
The near west suburbs are the newest addition to the La Grange office’s territory, and they are a natural fit. Oak Park and River Forest are full of Victorians, American Foursquares, and architect-designed homes where trim, gutters, and rooflines deserve careful hands. Berwyn’s famous bungalow belt brings its own patterns: low-slope sections, brick parapets, and roofs replaced in waves as each block ages together. Franco, one of our repair and replacement specialists, lives in Oak Park, and the Burlington Ave office puts crews minutes from all four towns. Brookfield, Riverside, North Riverside, and Westchester sit right on the route between them.

- Roof repair and leak repair
- Low-slope and flat sections

Service Area FAQs
Which office serves my town?
Downers Grove at (630) 827-8732 serves the DuPage side, including Downers Grove, Westmont, Darien, Woodridge, Lisle, Naperville, Oak Brook, and Elmhurst. La Grange at (708) 412-7922 serves west Cook and the near west suburbs from 14 W Burlington Ave, including La Grange, La Grange Park, Western Springs, Hinsdale, Brookfield, and Oak Park. Each office is staffed by its own local team and covers its own territory.
Do you charge extra for towns farther from your offices?
No. Inspections and itemized estimates are free everywhere we work, there is no deposit, and pricing does not change based on which town you live in. Hinsdale homeowners pay what Westmont homeowners pay for the same roof.
How fast can you get to my town for an emergency?
Calls are answered around the clock, and the La Grange line at (708) 412-7922 is open 24 hours. Emergency tarping crews cover both counties, and most towns get a same-day or next-day inspection. One July 4th, a customer’s ceiling collapsed and we were on the phone with her within minutes, on a holiday.
Do you handle permits in every suburb you serve?
Yes. We pull permits across Cook and DuPage counties, and each village has its own quirks: Countryside and Indian Head Park alone account for over 30 permits we have pulled without a problem. Permit fees appear as a line item on your itemized estimate, so there are no surprises.
Can you work with my insurance company on storm damage?
Yes. We inspect for free, photograph everything we find, and tell you honestly whether the damage justifies a claim. If it does, we provide the documentation your adjuster needs and help you through the filing process. If it does not, we will tell you that too.
What if my town is not listed on this page?
Call the office closer to you anyway. If your home is within a short drive of Downers Grove or La Grange, we probably cover it. If we are not the right fit, we will share our honest recommendations for your roof for free, no strings attached.
