Meet Our Leadership
Matt Balducci
CEO and Co-Owner
Born and raised in Chicago’s south suburbs, now in Downers Grove with his wife and two kids. Matt started in home services at 19 while at the University of Illinois and spent close to a decade in roofing at high-volume companies like Brothers Services Company and National Services Group, where crews completed thousands of roofs a year. He later moved to the technology side, working with top operators across the country. That combination of field and industry knowledge is what he brought to HomeHero on day one. He coaches youth sports and enjoys travel, powerlifting, and pickleball.
Andre Kazimierski
President and Co-Owner
Born and raised in Chicago’s western suburbs with 20+ years building home service companies. Andre launched and scaled 3rd Gen Painting and Remodeling (later acquired), co-founded Improovy (venture-funded), and runs Sophia’s Cleaning Service, a La Grange landmark since 1984. At HomeHero, he focuses on growth, branding, and technology. He lives in La Grange Highlands with his wife, Carol, and their dogs, Bruno and Alice. When he’s not working on the business, you’ll find him at the gym or on the pickleball court.
Gina Casale
General Manager
More than 20 years leading operations in the home improvement industry. Gina helped build The Window Guys from the ground up to $15 million in revenue, then ran operations for 100+ employees across Window Works and Jacuzzi of Chicago as they grew past $50 million in annual installations. She brings that same operational focus to every HomeHero project, and customers notice. Outside of work, she volunteers with a local youth wrestling program and tends to her flower garden.
